Cloud in Smash

cloud_smash.0.0If you watched until the end of the November 12th direct, then you already know who the newest character addition to Super Smash Bros is. However, if you happened to miss the big reveal,  you’ve come to the right place to get the latest info on Smash 4.

As you can already guess from the title, Cloud from Final Fantasy VII has entered the fray. Now, I personally have not played a final fantasy game before, so i have no idea what this character can do. However, from what I’ve seen from the trailer, it looks like he takes a little bit from Shulk and a little bit from Ike. Although he appears to be similar to these two characters, the trailer also showed a lot of new unique abilities that Cloud will be bringing to smash.

All in all, I am very excited to see more of what Cloud can do. He looks like a very interesting character, and being an Ike player myself, it seems cloud should fit my play style quite well. I’m sure they’ll show more gameplay of him in the smash direct coming in December. I’ll talk more about Cloud when the time comes and I have more information about him. So, make sure you check back in to hear a more in depth analysis on Cloud. Until then, enjoy your time here on the site and be sure to check out the rest of our content. I’m Lockjaw, and I’ll see you next time!

I've played video games pretty much my whole life. And I'd say I love them just as much now as I did back then. I really enjoy fighting games and I'm always looking for new ones to try. I really like the competitiveness of fighters, and love testing my skills against other players. However, I also like to just sit back and relax with more casual games, too.
